❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately via WhatsApp, phone, or email with their order details.
 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products:

Refunds are not applicable once the product is delivered, as dry fruits and edible items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

✔️ Wrong product delivered
✔️ Product damaged during transit
✔️ Product received in spoiled or unusable condition
 

 Refund / Replacement Request Process

Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.

After verification, replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
 

Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect address or unavailability of customer at the time of delivery

Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control

Minor variations in color/size/shape (natural in dry fruits)

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted for edible items due to health and safety regulations, unless the issue qualifies under the refund conditions mentioned above.
